Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations before the release period.
• 5 days prior to the confirmed tour date, 50% of the amount is charged.
• 3 days prior to the confirmed tour date, 100% of the amount is charged.
• For a no-show, 100% of the amount is charged.
• Cancellation penalties will not be applied for cancellations resulting directly or indirectly from natural events, delays, cancellations and incidents related to weather conditions, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, hostilities, civil disturbances, terrorist attacks, strikes, riots, delays, cancellations or changes in itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond the control of the distributor.

Children Policy

• Due to the nature of certain experiences included in our wine tours, children under 14 years old are not allowed to participate in shared wine tours. For children aged 14 years and older, 100% of the applicable rate will be charged.
• As far as private tours are concerned, for children under 14 years old, 50% of the rate will be applied, provided that a minimum of 2 adults participate. For children aged 14 years and older, 100% of the applicable rate will be charged.

Pick-up Instructions

• Kindly note that due to traffic conditions or delays from previous pick-up arrangements, there is a slight chance of a minor delay in your pick-up time (approximately 5–10 minutes). Please remain at your designated pick-up location. In case you need assistance, please contact us at [THESSALONIKI DAY TOURS CONTACT NUMBER].
• In order to better coordinate your pick-up, it is necessary to keep the mobile phone provided as your contact number switched on and reachable. In case of an unforeseen event or if you are not present at your designated pick-up point, we may need to contact you directly.
• Please be at your arranged pick-up point at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time, as the vehicle may depart immediately.
• Kindly be informed that if you fail to attend your scheduled pick-up and/or we are unable to reach you at the contact number provided, you may be required to arrange alternative transportation in order to meet the group. Thessaloniki Day Tours bears no responsibility for the cost or organisation of such transportation. Otherwise, your non-arrival will be considered a no-show and the relevant cancellation policy will apply.

Wine Tasting Information

Wines served during our wine tours are selected according to the winery, wine region and specific experience. Tastings may include white, rosé, red, sparkling and dessert wines, depending on the itinerary and season.
Each wine tasting portion follows the standard tasting quantities applied by the participating wineries, with respect to applicable alcohol consumption and safety regulations.
Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. Wine tasting is available only to participants who meet the applicable legal drinking-age requirements.
